I am a Full Professor in applied and computational mathematics at the Institut Elie Cartan de Lorraine. My research topics concern the mathematical and numerical analysis as well as some scientific computing aspects for linear and nonlinear wave-like problems. In particular, I actively work on problems related to the numerical solution of Helmholtz’s and Maxwell’s equations in the high frequency regime and the accurate and efficient numerical computation of solutions to nonlinear Schrödinger/Gross-Pitaevskii equations. More recent topics concern the numerical approximation of fractional and nonlocal PDEs. I’m also a member of the Inria team SPHINX.
